As our
working environment faces new challenges every day, employee development
has to adjust to meet every need of the client. Dodici has found that
internationally, many clients require conventional training followed up
with formal group coaching programmes.
However,
others prefer to embark on group coaching right from the start. We have
therefore developed an integrated, modular approach to address both
training and follow-up needs. |
