Annatjie Wessels and Madeleine
Labuschagne. |

Annatjie
has built her career being a Business Analyst, Oracle Applications
Trainer, Business Development Manager, Solutions Architect, Project and
Programme Manager, a field that she specialised in for 15 years. When
she joined the Vodacom group in 2001 she became involved in change
management. Here she established herself as one of the most respected
enterprise project managers in her field. |

Over the
years Annatjie realised
that her strength lies in providing people with direction and also in
motivating them to reach their objectives and goals.
She attained her first coaching
qualification in 2003 through the Coaching Academy at “The People
Business”. In October 2008 Annatjie qualified as an international Meta
Coach. She is a member of the International Society of Neuro-Semantics.
Annatjie’s love for people and her natural ability to motivate
individuals and teams enable her to bring out the best in people, even
under very difficult and challenging circumstances. She has a unique
ability to help individuals to identify those issues that are important
stumbling blocks in their progress and development. With deep empathy
and practical assignments she then empowers these individuals not only
to overcome these obstacles, but also to move beyond them towards the
achievement of their personal and business goals. |

Madeleine holds an Honours degree in Industrial Relations and a MCom in
Business Management.
After
nine years in distance and 3 years in residential education she started
her own business in 2003.
In
November 2004 she became part of Dodici Capital Solutions.

Having
gained a myriad of experience in education and training, Madeleine is a
well-respected academic in the field of
Strategic
Management
and Human
Resources
Management.
She has co-authored eleven academic textbooks that are prescribed by
several schools and universities in South Africa.
Madeleine is passionate about the growth and development of people and
her biggest motivator is watching human potential unfold. Her natural
ability to instill trust in people enables her to identify personal and
work-related issues that people have difficulty dealing with. Her calm
and confident manner as well as her sense of humour in dealing with
these difficult issues makes her an excellent facilitator in human
relations and emotional intelligence interventions |
