Over the past fifteen years we have successfully provided coaching, mentoring and organisational development interventions to a large variety of businesses – from NPOs and SMEs to JSE Top 100 listed companies. We continue to live our vision which is to expand the potential of the individuals and groups within our areas of operation.
Power of symbolism
Dodici is the Italian word for twelve which is a principal number with great significance not only in Christianity, but also in history and science. It is a symbolic number that signifies balance, character, excellence, leadership and completeness. The decision to use the word “twelve” was based on the Christian principles that form the foundation of our business:

35 years of learning, teaching and sharing has realised my vision to lead like the eagle. I am a true believer in realising spiritual and purposeful connections.
My eagle spirit was only revealed to me after many years of learning, introspection and self-realisation. While there is an eagle inside each of us, it’s impossible to soar like an eagle with the wings of a sparrow. My purpose is to help clients connect with their own inner-spirit – be everything they are meant to be right now – and realise that who they are right now does not mean they will be the same tomorrow.

My coaching style is challenging, supportive and encouraging; taking a personal interest in all my clients is something that comes naturally to me. Past clients have said that connecting and earning trust are among my strengths and I believe these are fundamental when helping clients to identify those issues that are important stumbling blocks in their progress and development. I approach all client relationships with deep empathy and practical assignments. My goal is to not only help my clients overcome these obstacles, but to lead them towards the achievement of their personal and business goals.
